Scottish & Southern Energy Group, one of the UK's largest energy suppliers, switched to the power of Impact to develop a Welcome Pack for its new electricity and gas customers.

Important information such as ‘Staying safe’ and ‘Energy saving advice’ were incorporated into a fresh design style and unique 'unfold and reveal' format.
